Grade 2 Titanium Screws
Grade 2 titanium screws provide excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly selected for chemical processing, marine equipment and other environments where corrosion performance is important.
Grade 5 Titanium Screws
Grade 5 titanium, also known as Ti-6Al-4V, is used when higher mechanical strength is required while maintaining the low weight and corrosion resistance associated with titanium.
DIN 912 / ISO 4762 Titanium Screws
Titanium socket head cap screws can be manufactured to DIN 912 and ISO 4762 requirements. Dimensions, thread specification, titanium grade and inspection requirements should be stated when requesting a quotation.
Custom Titanium Screws
For non-standard applications, EST Metal can manufacture titanium screws according to customer drawings. Please provide dimensions, thread requirements, head configuration, material grade, quantity and applicable inspection or testing requirements.
Quality Documentation & Traceability
Material documentation can include a Mill Test Report (MTR) identifying the titanium grade and relevant chemical and mechanical test information. Additional inspection or certification requirements should be specified with the RFQ.
