Titanium Bolts Manufacturer

Grade 2 Titanium Bolts
Grade 2 commercially pure titanium bolts are commonly selected where corrosion resistance is a primary requirement. They are suitable for applications where titanium's resistance to many corrosive environments is required together with moderate mechanical strength.
For projects requiring Grade 2 titanium fasteners, buyers should specify the required bolt standard, thread size, length, quantity, surface condition and certification requirements in the RFQ.
Grade 5 Titanium Bolts
Grade 5 titanium, also known as Ti-6Al-4V, provides substantially higher strength than commercially pure titanium and is widely used for high-strength titanium fastener applications.
Grade 5 titanium bolts can be manufactured to standard dimensions or customer drawings where application-specific geometry, thread, tolerance or inspection requirements are needed.
Standard and Custom Titanium Bolts
In addition to standard DIN and ISO configurations, EST Metal can review custom titanium bolt requirements based on technical drawings and purchase specifications. Custom requirements may include non-standard lengths, special threads, modified heads, drilled features or other machined details.
Quality Documentation and Traceability
Titanium bolt orders can be supplied with material documentation according to the agreed purchase requirements. Mill Test Report (MTR) and material certification can provide traceability to the supplied material and specified titanium grade.
Additional inspection or testing requirements should be identified during quotation so they can be reviewed before production.
